CASEWELL.LAW ("the firm," "we," "us") is a law firm located in South Jordan, Utah. We operate this website as a public marketing presence. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through the site, how we use and share it, how long we keep it, and the choices available to you. It does not govern information exchanged after a written engagement, which is addressed in the firm's engagement agreement.

Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, and you can reply HELP for help. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase or of legal representation.

Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

Data Retention

We retain the personal information you submit through this site for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy and as required by applicable law and the firm's professional-responsibility and record-retention obligations under the Utah Rules of Professional Conduct. When information is no longer needed for those purposes, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it.

Governing Law

This Privacy Policy and any dispute relating to it are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Venue and jurisdiction for any such dispute lie exclusively in the state courts located in Utah County, Utah.
